電廠(chǎng)化水系統(tǒng)作為重要的輔助車(chē)間和輔助系統(tǒng),特別是大型火電廠(chǎng)、供熱電廠(chǎng)的化水處理車(chē)間,處理量大,工藝復(fù)雜,工藝要求高,其運(yùn)營(yíng)的好壞直接關(guān)系到電廠(chǎng)的安全運(yùn)作及可靠性。
國(guó)外大部分電廠(chǎng)采用反滲透裝置+離子交換裝置的組合工藝,它與單純的離子交換系統(tǒng)相比再生樹(shù)脂的酸、堿用量可節(jié)約50%-90%,且制水流程靈活,對(duì)原水濃度波動(dòng)適用性強(qiáng),出水水質(zhì)穩(wěn)定,即保證了生產(chǎn),又減少了工人的勞動(dòng)程度,獲得了明顯的經(jīng)濟(jì)效益、環(huán)境效益和社會(huì)效益。
我國(guó)從20世紀(jì)70年代末開(kāi)始有電廠(chǎng)引進(jìn)國(guó)外用反滲透技術(shù)制備高壓鍋爐補(bǔ)給水的技術(shù),積累了較為成熟的經(jīng)驗(yàn),取得了很大的經(jīng)濟(jì)效益。

tech of reverse osmosis equipment and ion

consumption of regenerated resin compared with
single ion exchanging system, and due to its
flexible water-making process ,strong
adaptability to the fluctuation of concentration
of raw water ,and stable quality of water
output, the production is guaranteed ,and the
labor intensity is reduced ,the economic
,environmental and social benefits are gained.
In China ,the reverse osmosis tech was
introduced to prepare supply water for the
high-pressured boilers in the 70s of the 20th
century ,so we are experienced in this field and
gain high benefit.
